The “Artist-Teachers in Taiwan” series of interviews is a research project that focuses on the blurred space between “art teacher/artist” and “teaching/creation.” Currently, the project has a total of seven interview articles, featuring participants such as elementary and high school art teachers, full-time artists, theater directors, independent researchers, and more. Taiwan Insight aims to provide readers with an understanding of the circumstances and issues faced by artist-teachers in Taiwan by translating this interview series, hoping to foster the potential for cross-national dialogue.
